24-Hour Full Refund Guarantee

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before check-in are eligible for a 100% refund of the total booking amount.

Late Cancellation (Within 24 Hours)

Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in are non-refundable. This helps us manage room availability during peak seasons.

No-Show Policy

If you do not arrive by 11:59 PM on the scheduled check-in date and have not notified us, the booking will be treated as a no-show and the full amount forfeited.

Refund Process

Refunds processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Confirmation email sent once the refund is initiated.
For UPI payments, refunds may reflect in 2-5 business days.

Exceptions

Group bookings (5+ rooms) may have different cancellation terms.
Festive season bookings (Dec 20 - Jan 5) require 48 hours notice for full refund.
Special packages and promotional rates may be non-refundable.
